Registered Nurse

About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our home healthcare team. The selected candidate will provide safe, high-quality, patient-centred nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes and work closely with doctors, patients, and their families to support better health outcomes. Key Responsibilities -Assess patients and monitor their health conditions. -Check and record vital signs regularly. -Administer medications as prescribed. -Provide wound care and other nursing procedures. -Assist patients with their daily healthcare needs. -Support elderly patients and those recovering from illness or hospitalisation. -Coordinate with doctors and family members regarding patient care. -Maintain accurate patient records and care documentation. -Educate patients and caregivers about medications, hygiene, and care plans. -Respond appropriately to changes in the patient’s condition and emergencies. Requirements -GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution. -Valid Registered Nurse (RN) registration. -1–3 years of relevant nursing experience preferred. -Experience in home healthcare, elderly care, or post-hospitalisation care is an advantage. -Good communication and interpersonal skills. -Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused approach.
