**About Zocvi** Zocvi is a healthcare discovery platform for India. We list verified doctors, nurses, therapists, dietitians and other healthcare professionals so patients can find the right person, and we've recently launched Ask a Doctor, where patients get informational answers from a clinical panel. We launched publicly in August 2026 and are building the clinical, editorial and verification team that a trusted health platform needs. Small team, founder-led, based in Noida with remote roles across India. **We're hiring for three specialty seats** - Internal Medicine / Family Medicine (adult primary care) - Obstetrics & Gynaecology - Paediatrics **What you'll do** - Own patient Q&A within your specialty as a core part of Zocvi's Ask a Doctor service. Expect 25–40 questions a day at steady state. - Write clear, patient-readable answers that explain what a symptom or report may mean, what to watch for, and when and whom to consult in person. - Escalate or decline questions outside your scope or that require examination. - Contribute to Ask a Doctor FAQ content built from repeated patient questions in your specialty. - Partner with the Medical Advisor and Editorial Reviewer to keep specialty content current. - Help define response protocols and quality standards as the panel scales. **Scope and framing** Ask a Doctor is an informational and triage service, not a consultation. Answers do not diagnose, prescribe or replace an in-person or teleconsultation, and are provided in line with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. We make this clear to patients on every answer. **What we need** - Active NMC / State Medical Council registration (we verify it). - Strong written English; the ability to explain without jargon. - Reliable turnaround: answers within 24 hours of assignment. - Interest in patient education at scale, and comfort with a full-time non-clinical role focused on written patient communication. **Applying** Every application receives a reply within 48 hours.
