In this era of digitization of everything, we have a vision to transfer patients manual records into electronic medical records (emr). We want to establish a system in which patient will be having access to medical records just on one click. They can see their past vital signs, blood investigations, radiological investigations in their mobiles, iPads or laptops. This will help them to get in touch with past records anytime anywhere. Sometimes patient used to come to me directly from office. This makes things very difficult for them to carry old files and reports. Our patient can just walk in to our clinic without bringing anything. We want to make healthcare modernized.
