About Dr. Manish Nigam
During my 9 years of experience, I have performed a variety of open surgical procedures, such as surgeries for breast cancer (MRM), thyroid surgery (Hemi & Total Thyroidectomy), small bowel surgery, and colon reconstruction (both for benign and cancer cases). I also worked in the bariatric surgery unit, where I had the opportunity to perform "Sleeve Gastrectomy" and "Mini Gastric Bypass" (MGB) for more than two years. I also got an opportunity to study under some of the most accomplished surgeons during elective procedures in O.T. and under their expert guidance performed countless laparoscopic procedures, including laparoscopic appendix removal (lap. appendicectomy), laparoscopic gallbladder removal surgeries (laparoscopic cholecystectomy), and laparoscopic hernia repair (both for inguinal-TEP/TAPP & ventral hernias).
Managing all type of emergency surgical & trauma cases single handedly including gun shots, stab wounds, intestinal obstructions & perforations, acute complicated appendicitis, obstructed/irreducible hernias & intestinal gangrene
