He initially suggested Adenoidectomy with FESS and polypectomy, but due to low hemoglobin, he first advised anemia treatment. With proper medical management, the sinus issues and polyps resolved without surgery. After re-evaluation, only Adenoidectomy was required, which was performed very successfully.
