About Dr. Girish Motwani
Dr Motwani's entry into the medical world started when he did his MBBS from the Government Medical College, Nagpur, and later by MS Orthopedics from the Government Medical College, Baroda. He, then, did his Observership in Paediatric Orthopedics from the B. J. Wadia Hospital for Children, Mumbai. This was followed by a Fellowship in Paediatric Orthopedics from the same institution. He was a Clinical Research Officer in Paediatric Orthopaedics B. J. Wadia Hospital for Children, Mumbai, for a brief time. This was followed by a Fellowship in Foot and Ankle Orthopedics from the University of Alabama, Birmingham, USA. Dr Motwani, then, did his Certification in Ankle Sports Medicine from the Northwestern University, Chicago, USA. He has the distinction of standing 1st in the MS Orthopedic Examination. He was also awarded 2 gold medals by the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Health Sciences, Baroda.
